Creating meaningful pathways to work and connecting job seekers to opportunities and employers across Moreton Bay
Set and achieve your goals for work and economic independence with our Local Pathways to Work program—delivered in partnership with local employers and the Queensland state government.
Local Pathways to Work provides a flexible and tailored suite of learning modules and support that can be combined to suit your own specific needs and career journey.
All programs and modules are delivered both online through The Learning Place and onsite at our purpose-built Learning Centre. And are offered at no cost to participants.
You’ll be provided with a digital learning account through The Learning Place to store information such as job applications and CVs—and access learning and support when and where you need it.
And you’ll also have access to additional support to help overcome any barriers you may face including counselling, driving lessons and licences, breakfast and lunch packs, safety equipment, and even clothes for job interviews.
We work collaboratively with our local employer partners to help you fill your vacancies with the right job seekers. But the support doesn’t stop there. We can also help you identify employer incentives you may be eligible for and we provide in-work support for any Younity referred hires for their first 6 months on the job, ensuring that if any problems pop up, we’re there to help!
