We collaborate with industry and business stakeholders across Moreton Bay to understand workforce needs and priorities—so that we can design and deliver courses and programs to address those specific needs.

And we work directly with local employer partners to understand the gaps in their teams, identify relevant employer incentives they may be eligible for and connect them with the right job seekers. 

We also provide in-work support for employees hired through Younity for the first 6 months of their employment—providing hands-on, practical assistance if any problems or challenges arise.
