YAMBI case managers work with young people who are disengaged from school, home or their community—empowering them to face their challenges and achieve their goals. Through YAMBI, young people can access intensive support and also explore pathways to the right services to meet their needs.

Get the Gen offers young people a space to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, explore rewarding training and work opportunities and build your professional network with Get the Gen. Delivered with flexibility and online access, you’ll be empowered to take charge of your life and find work where your talents and ideas are needed, heard and valued.
The RISE TOGETHER peer support group is specially designed for children aged 8 to 12 years. The program focuses on enhancing peer relationships and understanding emotions, all while having fun and making friends. Kids will get involved in teamwork activities and undertake fun creative projects to take home. Join us at the RISE TOGETHER peer support group and get ready to thrive!
