Embrace the mess, ignite the senses! This playgroup is designed to support children of all abilities in a gentle environment, where they can explore messy play and make friends.

Messy Sensory Play runs every thursday during the school term from 9:30am - 10:30am at Skye Blue Park, Bailey Rd, Deception Bay.

Join our beginner-friendly martial arts classes designed just for kids. Through games, drills, and basic techniques, children will learn self-discipline, respect, and resilience in a supportive environment.  Perfect for ages 5–12.

This January school holidays, we’re excited to welcome the PLAYSCAPE team to Barujugan Park in Deception Bay for two days of free imaginative fun for children aged 2–12.

On Monday 19 January - Children are invited to dive into creative play designed just for their age group:
• Little Sparks (ages 2–5) – Creative play with movement and story telling. 9am - 10am
• Wild Tales (ages 6–8) – Imaginations run wild with playful outdoor drama. 10am - 11am.
• Open Scenes (ages 9–12) – A drama and circus workshop for older kids to collaborate and express ideas. 11am - 12pm.

Then on Tuesday 20 January, primary-aged children can join us for Walkie Talkies in Our Neighbourhood – an outdoor adventure experience using walkie talkies, and a whole lot of creativity. Book in for a 30-minute performance experience led by PLAYSCAPE. (Times between 9:30am and 11:30am)

These sessions are a wonderful opportunity for kids to imagine, create and play alongside professional performing artists in Deception Bay.

This January, Younity is offering a fun and creative lineup of free school holiday activities for children and young people aged 2–17. From imaginative Playscape workshops and outdoor walkie-talkie adventures to bike maintenance, Dungeons & Dragons, Aqua Warrior, and pop-up youth events, there’s something for everyone.
