Younity is seeking a Youth & Families Case Manager to join our Community Services team, supporting young people and families across our YAMBI and CARE programs.
We are seeking a motivated and enterprising Indigenous Youth Development Worker who is aware of matters affecting local Indigenous young people and is committed to supporting them in achieving positive destination pathways.
This role is integral to supporting the cultural wellbeing and career development of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander young people, and we strongly encourage First Nations candidates with relevant skills and experience to apply.
