We are committed to respecting your privacy and your feedback or complaint will remain confidential. It is your right to make a complaint anonymously. If you choose to provide your contact details or those of an advocate, we can keep you informed and up-to-date about the steps we’re taking to resolve your concerns. Being able to contact you also helps us request more details about your complaint if needed, so your concerns can be resolved quickly, easily and objectively.
